Right of withdrawal

. Returns or changes :

A) To tell how to proceed, any return or exchange must be informed by e-mail to:

B) If you want a refund of the purchase or change, you may do so during the first 14 calendar days. The article must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Box product must be in perfect condition and have no labels outside our company or duct tape or anything else that may deteriorate and must be delivered properly packed with paper, plastic or the like. It is the duty and responsibility of the customer and not the transport company, properly pack the box. The transport company is not responsible for the collection of a poorly packed package in which transport their own labels can deteriorate the product box. The customer has to deliver the protected box to prevent this from happening. Once it verified that the item is in the same condition as we have sent the relevant payment will be made by the payment method best suited for this purpose.

 

C) Transportation costs and administration to generate a return borne by the customer. The transport costs will be calculated based on the location, dimensions, weight of the product and its characteristics. Our own contracted transport services will be used for pick-ups. Regardless of the offer have active on initial shipping of the product, returns always the value equivalent to the cost of initial shipment marked with a fixed value of 7 euros for Spain and Portugal will be deducted, and 14 € for Rest of countries. If you receive the original product box sent spoiled or damaged the company reserves the right to non-acceptance of the product due to the damage this causes us on the subsequent sale of that item to another customer.

E) Whether the case of a refund, change the size or model, if the item received presents misuse by the customer, gets hit or improperly packaged causing damage in the original box, the customer must pay shipping charges and if repairs as necessary. All returns or exchanges of products must be processed through our company. No package received will be accepted. In case of arrival at our facilities, a package whose change or return has not been processed correctly, can be returned to the sender with costs at your expense.

 

F) It is very important to respect each and every one of these indications as no items that violate our policies returns will be accepted.
